We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Tracked Delivery: £3.99
- Express Tracked Delivery: £4.99
- Free Standard Delivery: on orders of £30 or more
Orders qualifying for free Standard Delivery may be upgraded to Express Delivery for an additional £1.00.
The available delivery options and applicable charges are displayed before you complete your order.
Processing Time
All products are made to order. Orders are typically produced and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days.
Delivery Time
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:
- Standard Tracked Delivery: typically 2 working days after dispatch
- Express Tracked Delivery: typically 1 working day after dispatch
The estimated delivery dates displayed on each product page include both the production time and the expected transit time.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruption, peak periods, adverse weather or UK bank holidays.

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow a short period for the carrier’s tracking page to update.
Taxes & Customs Duties
UK orders are not subject to customs duties. All applicable VAT is included in the displayed product prices.
